- Who I am is of no consequence whatsoever. What is important is you. Oh sure, today's publicity machinery demands of its authors a certain egomania (and, if you're really frantic to know about me, there's a bit on the web-site: www.gregorydark.net). But such egomania, I must confess, sits uncomfortably with me. I am not a natural self-publicist, and have always rather preferred the wings to the stage. Actually, far more than in me, I'm interested in you. Because without you, there is no us. And without us there is no humanity. And without humanity ... well, where would I be? This blog is intended to provide you, as I also say elsewhere, with a momentary oasis: a quiet time in your frantic week when you can be alone with your thoughts and your dreams, where you can spend quality time with that most special of human beings - yourself.
